The Northern Japanese Alps, with peaks around 3,000 meters above sea level and perpetual snow, are a precious water resource of Toyama. Each year, massive amounts of snow melt into cold, abundant water that continues to flow even in the height of summer. As the meltwater penetrates deep into the ground, it is naturally filtered over many years, emerging as mellow, slightly sweet water—a taste shaped by the unique geology of Toyama.

The soil at this water source is rich in metasilicic acid, a recognized hot spring agent, and the area has been granted official Onsen use permits. The surrounding forests are designated environmental conservation areas, some of which are owned by Goshu, and we actively protect this environment.
