The deep sea water of Toyama is clean and cold, and its quality is stable throughout the year. The excess salt is removed by a multistage electrodialysis process. After that it is blended with spring water from the Northern Alps. With a hardness of 200, it has enough minerals for extra supplement but still maintains a mellow taste.
